I had a really bad time dealing with this company. The whole ordering process was so frustrating and confusing. The instructions were unclear and customer service was no help at all. I faced a bunch of problems when I tried to place my order online, it was a total nightmare. The service was terrible too, the staff was not helpful and honestly quite rude. The prices were high for what I got in terms of quality. And to top it off, my delivery was super late and I had to bug them multiple times before it showed up. I definitely wouldn't suggest buying from this company after all the trouble I went through.

I decided to contact customer service through chat to let them know that the mascara in the gift set I bought was all dried up and I couldn't even use it. But the response I got back was pretty disappointing. They said they couldn't do anything since I didn't buy the product directly from them or their authorized sellers. It was frustrating to see them brush off the fact that the product was faulty, especially considering how pricey and well-known their products are. I was hoping for better customer service from them, so now I won't be suggesting their products to others because of this experience.

I bought some skincare stuff from this place and I gotta say, it was really good. The products were super high quality, just like I thought they would be. But what really got me was the customer service. I had a little problem with my order, but the people I talked to were so helpful and on the ball. They fixed things up right away, even though it was on the weekend. I really liked how much they cared and I'll definitely be coming back for more stuff in the future.
