App & PortalAs someone who's been a loyal customer for a while now, I gotta say, I really like your products, but man, your online shopping experience needs some serious work. Your website is so frustrating to use - keeps asking me to log in every time I wanna add something to my cart or check my order history. And to top it off, it took over a week for my delivery to arrive, which is just not cool in this day and age. Seriously, what's up with that, Clinique? If you wanna keep customers like me coming back, you really need to upgrade your website.
