Returns & RefundsWhat a nightmare, eh! I messed up and ended up canceling my order late, so I had to refuse the package. Trying to get a refund was a total headache. Dealing with their online chats was so frustrating, I swear I'm never ordering from them again. I was still $10 short on my refund, but I'm just happy to be done with the whole mess. If you can, I'd suggest going to the store instead of dealing with their online customer service, eh!

Returns & RefundsI bought a gift set for my wife for Christmas, but had to bring it back because I couldn't exchange it. I took it back on December 27th and asked for my money back, but it's been over a month now and I still haven't received it. I've tried reaching out to them, but all I can reach is their unhelpful customer service on WhatsApp. They keep saying sorry and promising to help, but nothing happens. This whole situation has made me really frustrated and feeling like I've been lied to. I'm thinking about taking legal action for theft and fraud now.
