Clinique - Reviews and experiences

So I just ordered some skincare stuff online and the whole experience was a letdown, eh? I only got one email confirming the order and then nothing else about when it was coming. When I tried to contact customer service to return something, the help was so slow and not reliable, eh? It took forever for them to answer, and when they finally did, they asked for the same info I already gave them. It was so annoying waiting around for help only to get inconsistent support.

So, yeah, I ordered some foundation and mascara, eh? But like, I never got a confirmation email or my package, you know? I sent them an email but they didn't even reply. Like, seriously, what's going on?! Finally, after I commented here, they replied saying they didn't receive my order. Ugh! They refunded my money, but I'm definitely not ordering from them again, that's for sure.
