CheckoutI had a frustrating experience with promotions on the website. I placed an order because there was a promotion that said I would get certain gift items if I spent a certain amount. But when I went to check out, the promised items weren't in my cart. I tried reaching out to customer service through chat, but they just said the promotion was over without giving a good reason. This isn't the first time I've had problems with their promotions, and I'm disappointed in how they handle things. Companies should honor the offers they advertise to build trust with customers.
