Hey there, folks, lemme tell ya, the customer service at that place was just awful. I've never been treated so badly in all my years! The item I ended up with was supposed to be a hat with a fancy engraving, but it was just not up to par. I was really let down and pretty mad about it. I've had way better luck with other companies, like Little Sleepies for example.

I ordered a baby blanket as a gift from this company, but when it arrived, I was really let down by the quality. The material felt cheap and the blanket looked like it was hastily put together. I was so disappointed that I couldn't even imagine giving it as a gift, I would have felt ashamed. And to top it off, when I tried to return it, they told me they don't accept returns. I looked all over their website for a return policy, but there was nothing. So needless to say, I won't be buying from them again.

I bought three personalized water bottles for my kids not too long ago, and unfortunately, two of them broke after only a few months. I contacted customer service to see if I could get a refund or replacement, but they told me that it had been over 20 days so they couldn't help me. I was really let down by the quality of the bottles and the lack of customer service help. I mean, a metal water bottle should definitely last longer than a few months, right? I felt like the company didn't want to own up to the fact that their products weren't up to par, and they didn't even try to make things right. Overall, it was a frustrating experience and I wouldn't recommend buying from them.

I ordered this really cute thing but it never arrived and now I'm kinda bummed about it. My mom had issues with this store before but I didn't listen to her. I had such a bad time with this company. Their customer service is terrible, they only talk through email and never actually help. I never got my packages and lost around $200. Do yourself a favor and don't buy anything from them, trust me.
