But then I realized a few days later that I forgot to use a discount code. I sent them an email right away and Caitlin got back to me within a day. She was able to give me a credit without any issues. It's this kind of quick and helpful customer service that makes me want to keep shopping with them. I'll keep buying from them until my grandkids are too big for their adorable pajamas.

I had a terrible experience with this company when there was a mix-up with a large purchase. At first, I bought some items with my debit card, but then decided to cancel that purchase. The next day, I tried to buy the same items with my Visa credit card instead. Unfortunately, my credit card company told me that the original purchase had been refunded. When I contacted customer service through email, I spoke to Ely, who didn't seem to have any customer service skills. He ended up canceling both orders by mistake, even though I only wanted one canceled. Then I chatted with Amanda on their website, but she didn't seem to understand my situation even after I explained it multiple times. Overall, the whole experience felt disorganized and shady. I really hope this company gets audited soon. All in all, the service was really disappointing.
