CommunicationWoke up one evening panicking I’d lost the order email — reached out on their site right before Christmas. The PJs themselves are soft, a bit snug on my tall kiddo, nice print, cozy enough for chilly mornings. They replied fast and even sent tracking and extra details, which was a nice surprise.

CommunicationI was pretty upset with the customer service from this company. I called a bunch of times, but they never picked up. When I emailed them, the answers I got were not helpful at all and didn't fix the issues I had. I felt like they totally ignored me and I was really frustrated with how they weren't communicating or helping me out.
