Delayed delivery but satisfying product quality
Even though there was a two-week delay because I forgot something, the stuff I got was super good. The customer service team was really quick to deal with the problem and kept me in the loop the whole time. The products were exactly what I was expecting and were just like they were described. I was impressed with how much attention was paid to every little detail and the high-quality materials that were used.
Poor product experience
I took the time to write a detailed review about my awful experience with a specific product, eh. I wanted to warn others about the possible risks of using it, you know. But after making sure my review was legit through email, it just never appeared on the website, eh. Do they only care about positive reviews that make them seem great, and not about sharing any negative feedback, eh?
Bought a cleanser
Oh wow, you won't believe how great this cleanser I tried is! It really made my skin feel so fresh and didn't irritate my acne at all, which is a big win for me. If you've got dry skin like mine, you might want to double up on the moisturizer since the cleanser can be a little drying. But no big deal, just slap on some extra moisturizer and you're good to go!
Skin care product for kids
As a customer who wasn't too sure about trying Bubble at first, I gotta say that I'm really happy with how it's become a key part of my skincare routine. I wasn't sure about the quality at first, but now that I've been using it consistently, I can definitely say that Bubble is a great brand for beginners in skincare. It's worth noting the ingredients in the products, but all in all, I totally recommend Bubble for anyone wanting effective and gentle skincare options.
Fun packaging, cute stickers, gentle products
I thought the service was amazing, they always kept me in the loop in a fun and enjoyable way with their emails. The packaging was so nice, it had cute stickers and a lovely bag that made the whole experience feel special. The products were really gentle and great for sensitive skin, they definitely lived up to their reputation.
Ordered something to a different address, item was returned but was re-sent
So, eh, I ordered this thing to the wrong address, and it didn't get picked up so it got sent back. Bubble was really awesome and sent me a new one when the original was re-sent. I asked if they could send it to my address instead, and even though it had already been shipped, they promised to send it back if it was returned. They changed the address for me and sent a new one, without waiting for the original. The person got it and I got the second one for free! Best customer service ever! Can't wait to buy more stuff from them! 😄
