So, I ordered a bunch of stuff for Christmas, right? And when the package finally showed up, guess what? Half of my stuff was missing! Can you believe it? I tried reaching out to them through email and phone multiple times, but all I got was one response asking which items were missing. I told them what was up, but I haven't heard anything back since then. Seriously, what's going on?
