Sheet set purchase
I just bought a sheet set from this company, eh, and I gotta say, I was really let down by their return policy, eh. I bought a brand new, unopened sheet set, but they wouldn't take it back cuz it was labeled as "final sale," eh. That info wasn't super clear on the product page or in their return policy, so I had to get into it with my credit card company to get my cash back, eh. It was a big pain in the butt that could have been avoided if they were just more upfront about their policies, eh. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone, eh.
Unsolicited Catalogs
Received some random catalogs in the mail today from a company I've never bought anything from before. Had to reach out to customer service to stop receiving them, but it was a bit of a pain to get removed from their mailing list. No apology or anything, just a whole lot of frustration.
Constant social media ad onslaught
I got caught up in the marketing and ended up pretty disappointed with the percale sheets I bought. They weren't great quality and were really itchy. I tried washing them and even slept on them, but they didn't get any better. Luckily, I'm happy with the Marlow pillow I got. I'd recommend checking out Macy's for higher quality sheets. Right now, I've switched to using West Elm's organic sateen sheets and they're working out much better for me.
