CheckoutI've been a loyal customer for a while now and never had any problems with my orders until this recent one. I tried to order some towels, but my order got cancelled because of some payment verification issue. It really bummed me out because I ordered from other websites on the same day without any trouble. I tried to reach out through chat and even made a phone call, but the problem still didn't get fixed. Because of this, I've decided to take my business elsewhere. I just don't feel like my concerns were taken seriously.
