I used to be a customer of this company, so I thought I'd try out their "super plush bathrobe" because I saw a lot of great reviews online. But when I got it, I was super disappointed. The robe was way too big on me, like wearing a heavy lead vest for x-rays. The sleeves were way too long, like six inches past my fingers, so I couldn't even roll them up. It was clear they didn't design it for regular people, not even someone with normal arms. It felt like a defective product for such a high price. I decided to just move on and not deal with them anymore. The reviews on their website didn't help either, so I didn't feel like exchanging it for something else. It's too bad, but I care about honesty and good quality, and this company didn't meet those standards.

I got a bunch of stuff from this store like sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers, towels, a robe, and lotion. Everything was awesome, even though I had a small issue with my first order. They sorted it out quickly and kept me informed throughout. You always hear folks griping on the internet, but I've only had positive interactions with this company. I sweat a lot when I sleep, so I really appreciate how their sheets are so light. They can be a bit expensive, but they usually have sales.

So, I was really looking forward to snuggling up in some cozy heathered cashmere sheets over the holidays, you know, treating myself a little. But man, was I ever let down. These sheets started pilling right away, making them all scratchy and uncomfortable to sleep on. I reached out to customer service twice in the span of two months and never heard a peep back. And when I tried to leave a negative review on their site, it mysteriously vanished, leaving only the positive ones. Talk about shady business tactics, right? Watch out for this company, they're not playing fair!

I tried washing them and even slept on them, but they didn't get any better. Luckily, I'm happy with the Marlow pillow I got. I'd recommend checking out Macy's for higher quality sheets. Right now, I've switched to using West Elm's organic sateen sheets and they're working out much better for me.

OMG, I just got my new linen duvet cover and pillowcases and they are sooooo soft! I ordered them on September 19 and got them super fast on September 21. The quality is amazing, and I'm definitely going to order more sets. UGH. But now I found this other place and they are awesome. Yay for new bedding!
