CommunicationI recently bought a sheet set during a Black Friday sale and was so excited to get it. But then I got an email saying my order was cancelled because of a "fraudulent credit card." I called customer service right away and gave them all my info, like my card number and billing address, but they couldn't tell me why it was cancelled. They said a team would have to check the order before they could decide if they would process it again. The lack of clear communication made me feel really frustrated and let down. I decided to go somewhere else for my purchase and won't be buying from them again.

CommunicationReceived some random catalogs in the mail today from a company I've never bought anything from before. Had to reach out to customer service to stop receiving them, but it was a bit of a pain to get removed from their mailing list. No apology or anything, just a whole lot of frustration.
