DeliveryMy brand new fancy pillow got left out in the rain by UPS at my doorstep (luckily there's an overhang). The pillow ended up totally wrecked, soaked through, starting to grow mold and all. I took some photos and sent them to the company, and they quickly sent me a replacement. Can't complain about the customer service – they were on the ball and I'm happy with the outcome. It's nice to see that not all companies are a hassle to deal with.
