$800 shoe
$800 shoe
Returns & RefundsI bought this $800 shoe online from them, but they ended up sending me the wrong color! I tried calling them multiple times and even went to the store in person, but for some stupid reason, I still couldn't return it. It's such a scam!
Dinnerware set
Dinnerware set
Returns & RefundsI ordered a dinnerware set online last fall and had a bit of a rough time with it. Two of the dishes were smashed when they arrived at my house. I got in touch with Bloomies customer service and they quickly gave me a credit for one of the broken dishes, saying they'd send a replacement for the other dish. After waiting for three months without any updates, I decided to just cancel the whole thing. Despite me asking multiple times, they told me they credited my PayPal account back in February. But when I checked my PayPal and credit card statements, I couldn't see any trace of the transaction happening. Bloomies has now gone quiet on me and I'm feeling frustrated and short of cash. I'm on a fixed income, so every dollar is important to me, and it's really disappointing to be left hanging with no solution in sight.
