Gift order for luxury nail polishes and base coat

Product

I jut recently ordered a gift of three fancy nail polishes and a base coat, hoping for a nice package with a gift box and a personalized card message. But darn it, my order showed up with none of that - no gift box, no card message, not even a gift receipt. And they had to include the real receipt, destroyin' the surprise. The lack of attention to detail and presentation was a total letdown. And let me tell ya, the customer service was just terrible when I tried to fix things. This guy Chris from Denver, the supervisor, was no help at all - seemed like he was laughin' at my concerns. I had to make way too many calls to try to fix this mess, especially durin' the holidays. And to top it all off, the order showed up ten days late. Just a super disappointing experience that makes me think twice about shoppin' with them again in the future.

Candle arrived broken

Product

My candle that I bought from Bloomingdale's arrived all smashed up. I was really let down by the way it showed up, so I tried a bunch of times to get it sorted and get a new one. But, the customer service was no help at all and it took forever. I kept getting passed around and nobody could figure things out. I'm thinking of cutting ties with them and cancelling my credit card because of this whole mess.

Exchange of a mini skirt for a different color

Product

I recently went to Bloomingdale's to swap a mini skirt for a different color but found out they didn't have it anymore. I was a bit shocked and bummed that a popular item could disappear so quickly. The lady helping me was really nice and tried to figure something out. Even though it was a bummer, it made me think back to the times I went shopping with my mom at Bloomingdale's when I was young. It made me wonder if my daughter will have the same fond memories of shopping here, and maybe it's okay if she doesn't.
