Bloomingdale's - Reviews and experiences

I recently had the worst luck trying to buy stuff online from (company). Let me tell you, it was a total mess! The website's layout is like something from the 90s, so old-fashioned and hard to figure out. I tried to use a discount code from an email, but turns out it didn't work because of all these exclusions. And to top it off, the prices are way too high for what you're getting. I ended up giving up on my shopping cart and going somewhere else. It's just not right to have such a bad online shopping experience in this day and age.

I recently had a pretty frustrating experience with the customer service and system at the store. I ran into a problem where my loyalty points weren't being added properly because of a system error. I tried reaching out for help, but the responses I got were not helpful at all, and I still haven't found a solution. It's made me feel like my loyalty as a customer who has spent a lot at the store isn't valued. It's a bummer because now I have a negative view of the store and I'm not sure I want to shop there again.
