I bought a headset with a mic from this company, and the customer service was brutal. I had an issue with my order and emailed them a bunch of times, but never got a reply. It was frustrating not getting any help. Their website was also giving me trouble, making it hard to even ask for support. I'd suggest people think twice before buying from them.

I just bought the A10 headset and I gotta say, I'm pretty happy with it overall. The build quality is solid and it seems pretty tough, which is great because every other headset I've had ended up breaking on me. The microphone is decent, but I did run into a problem with some static when using the 2.4ghz frequency. I had to switch to Ethernet or 5ghz to get rid of the annoying static on the mic. It was a bit disappointing because I had heard good things about the microphone before buying it.

Oh man, what a letdown! This company used to be all about top-notch quality and amazing customer service, but my recent experience has been anything but great. Dealing with customer service for my order has been a complete mess - slow responses and unhelpful reps who just can't seem to get what I'm saying. Sure, rush orders come on time, but the lack of info about shipping is just so frustrating. It's really too bad.

My experience ordering a controller from this company has been a complete nightmare. I placed my order three weeks ago, and as of now, it's still stuck in the processing stage. The customer service team has been incredibly slow to respond, and when they do, they don't give me any useful information or updates on my order. Sadly, I can't cancel my order and will have to refuse delivery to get my money back. I wish I had looked into this company more before buying from them. I definitely won't be ordering from them again, and I recommend others to avoid them too.

I bought a new A40TR inline mute cable from the website and I was totally impressed by how quick the shipping was. I've been using my headset for a while now and the cable was giving me some trouble, so I thought it was time for a replacement. Ordering it was easy peasy and even though I went with the regular shipping option, the cable arrived in just 2 days. The cable is really good quality and now my headset is back in action, working perfectly.
