I just bought a Polartec fleece from this shop and I have to say, the quality is amazing. It's so soft, warm, and durable, making it a perfect choice for the winter ahead. And not only was the product great, but the customer service was top-notch too. The lady I talked to was not only really nice, but she also helped me quickly find the perfect size and style for what I needed. All in all, I'm super happy with my purchase and the whole shopping experience at this store.

I ordered a jacket from this company a month ago and I still haven't gotten it. I sent three emails to their customer service but haven't heard back at all. And when I tried to call, no one answered. This has been the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company.

I recently bought a Jokla parka from a store in Scandinavia. I got it in two sizes to make sure it fit right and the ordering process was fast. The free two-day shipping was a nice surprise, and I got the parka quickly. When I needed to return one size, the customer service team replied to me fast. Returning it was easy, but I knew I had to pay for the return shipping because it said so on the website. The refund was quick, and I'm happy with my purchase. I can't wait to wear my new, top-notch jacket!
