Order placed on 66°North website
I bought something from this company on January 8, 2024, and they took the money from my account on January 10. But guess what? I still haven't got my parcel. They sent me an email saying it's delayed and should show up in 2-4 days, but it's been longer and still no sign of it. I've emailed their customer service a bunch of times, but no response. I asked for my money back and to cancel my order, but they're acting like they don't see my messages. This whole thing is so frustrating and disappointing, honestly.
Online order
I had a really bad experience with my online order. I placed an order and never got it. When I tried to contact customer service, I never heard back. In the end, I had to go through Paypal to get my money back. It was such a hassle and waste of time. After that, I would recommend others to steer clear of this company.
Online purchase of outdoor clothing
I bought something online and then paid for it, but after that I didn't hear anything. The website just showed a blank page, and I got a text saying my credit card payment went through, but didn't get an email or any confirmation that the transaction was successful. I tried emailing multiple times to find out what was going on, but never heard back. Really disappointed with the poor communication and customer service.
Recent purchases - exchange issue
I've always loved their stuff, but my last exchange left me feeling let down. I bought a bunch of things at the store while I was in Iceland, but when I got home, I saw that some items weren't in my size. So, I went online and got some more stuff. But when the pants came, they were way too big. I already had two pairs that fit me well, so I was shocked by how different the size was.
Jacket purchase
I ordered a jacket from this company a month ago and I still haven't gotten it. I sent three emails to their customer service but haven't heard back at all. And when I tried to call, no one answered. This has been the worst customer service I've ever dealt with. I definitely wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company.
