I bought some ceiling fans from this website not too long ago because they had some great deals going on. But, I ran into a few problems when I was placing my order and waiting for the fans to be delivered.

I just bought a ceiling fan from 1StopLighting and was so happy with how fast it got here. But when I opened it up, I found a damaged piece. I got in touch with customer service and was pleasantly surprised by how quick and helpful John was. He fixed the problem right away, and I really appreciate his great service.

I'm really frustrated with the service from this company. They said my order would ship within 24 hours, but it never did. I've been trying to reach their customer service for weeks and now I'm just trying to cancel and get my money back. It's so unprofessional and frustrating that they haven't been keeping me updated.

We just got 7 outdoor lights for our newly renovated house and they are stunning! But, we ended up with an extra one. I contacted customer service on their website and they made the return super simple. One of the lights had a broken piece of glass, but when I talked to customer service, they figured out the problem fast and got the replacement part sent over from the manufacturer. We're really happy with how everything went and would totally buy from them again for our future lighting needs.
