CommunicationI had a really bad experience with this company. I placed an order and never got a confirmation email. The customer support wasn't helpful at all, they just told me to talk to a useless virtual assistant. Finally, when I managed to chat with a real person, they quickly closed the chat and said my order didn't go through. I felt really frustrated and disrespected by their lack of help and rude attitude.
