I was so impressed by the amazing customer service I got from this company. The team responded really fast to my questions and went out of their way to give me extra samples to help me decide. What's more, they did a custom match for me for a little extra cost, which I thought was super nice. I can't wait to get the final product and I'm sure the great customer service will mean a high-quality product too. I'm really happy with how everything went and would totally recommend this company to anyone who wants top-notch customer service.
Personalized comic book creation
I recently gave making my own comic book a shot, but I had a tough time figuring out the layout and design. I had to get in touch with customer service because something was wrong with a thing I bought a few months ago. I sent them some pictures and explained what was going on, and UncommonGoods got back to me right away and sent me a new one. I was really happy with how fast and helpful their customer service was.
Keychain
OMG, I ordered this really awesome keychain and oh my gosh, it's seriously the best thing ever! The quality is amazing and it looks super cute on my backpack. I had a special request with my order and the customer service was amazing, they were so helpful and nice. And to top it off, my keychain arrived way earlier than I expected, so I was like over the moon! I would absolutely order from here again, no doubt about it. I totally recommend their stuff, it's amazing!
Customized wine glasses
I bought a set of personalized wine glasses for my family as a present, but after just two months, they started looking worn out. I can't believe how some people can be so incompetent, eh. I made a little slip-up with the shipping address and ended up having to deal with a whole kerfuffle to straighten it out. It's crazy that I had to go through all that hassle just to fix such an easy mistake. The customer service folks were nice and all, but it really shouldn't have had to come to that. When I'm shelling out my own dough, I expect better service, you know?

I recently bought the Sunshine Town Kit and had some questions about how big it is and how many pieces come with it. The details weren't clear in the description, so I decided to give them a call. I left a message and was happy when they called me back the same day with all the information I wanted. I was so happy to hear that the kit is super detailed and you don't need any glue to put it together. I can't wait to give it to my friend and see how it turns out. Now I just have to find a good spot where my nosy cats and dogs won't accidentally knock it down.
Turtle Pond Hanging Bird Baths
I bought two Turtle Pond Hanging Bird Baths from the online store and when they arrived, they were totally smashed. I was bummed out but I reached out to customer service. Turns out, the person on the other end was super nice and helpful in getting me new ones. The new bird baths showed up in one piece and I was thrilled. Gotta admit, they are just so cute and will look great in my yard. Big shoutout to the store for being awesome with returns and for having top-notch customer service.

I just bought a necklace to give to my friend for her birthday. When the package arrived, it looked like it had been messed with and the packaging was all damaged. Oh man, I had this gift that I needed to exchange, but it was no problem because the people at the store were amazing! Their customer service was incredible, seriously.
