I got some flowers, eh. They were supposed to show up on time, but they ended up arriving two days late, eh. It was a bit disappointing, but those flowers were so beautiful and my friend absolutely adored them, eh. I just wish they would've given me a heads up about the delay, you know what I mean?

I just got my son and his wife a gift to celebrate their new baby, you know. The bouquet of roses and alstroemerias was nice, but the box of Lindt chocolates got replaced with some random brand that tasted terrible. Also, instead of Spanish Cava, they gave me a German brand without alcohol. It wasn't what I signed up for, you know. When I contacted customer service, all they said was that substitutions could happen, but it wasn't about the flowers, it was the chocolates and bubbly. The gift set I got cost me around €80, but all they offered was €12 as compensation. Pretty disappointing overall, to be honest. FloraQueen's response wasn't too great.

I was not happy with the birthday flowers delivery. I was expecting them to arrive in the morning or daytime as a nice surprise, but they showed up at night instead. I had to spoil the surprise by asking the person if they got anything by evening. It was a letdown and it ruined the special moment I had in mind.
