Half-asleep on our anniversary morning, I was sure they'd be late — had doubts ordering, but they arrived on time, smelled amazing, petals slightly floppy but still lovely.

Right in the middle of unwrapping I knew this was worth it. A friend tipped me about the shop after she saw them on Instagram, and I finally ordered. The arrangement looked lived-in, a couple petals a bit sad but still really pretty — not perfect, but it works. Customer support took a bit, answered eventually. Would buy again, told my sister already.

Photos showed nine roses so I ordered a bouquet from the US to my mom in France for her birthday. What arrived had three roses and mostly filler. I was annoyed. Customer service first refused help because I didn’t complain within 24 hours. That’s a bad rule when there’s a nine-hour time difference and no warning. I pushed, sent photos and escalated. They eventually gave a partial refund. Still cautious, but at least they made some effort. Would I order again? Maybe, but with caution.

I was at my mom’s place after her surgery, thinking a nice bouquet and some chocolates might lift her spirits. Emotionally I was torn — glad the timing worked, disappointed by the condition and the lack of follow-up. Would I repeat this? Not right away. If they fix packaging and customer contact, I might try again. For now, mixed feelings.

The flowers for Mother's Day arrived on the wrong day and didn't look anything like the lovely picture on their site. They were not full and vibrant, totally different from what I thought I was getting. When I finally emailed them, Alex said it was too late to fix it. The customer service was not great. Overall, a very disappointing situation.

I just got my son and his wife a gift to celebrate their new baby, you know. The bouquet of roses and alstroemerias was nice, but the box of Lindt chocolates got replaced with some random brand that tasted terrible. Also, instead of Spanish Cava, they gave me a German brand without alcohol. It wasn't what I signed up for, you know. When I contacted customer service, all they said was that substitutions could happen, but it wasn't about the flowers, it was the chocolates and bubbly. The gift set I got cost me around €80, but all they offered was €12 as compensation. Pretty disappointing overall, to be honest. FloraQueen's response wasn't too great.
