no date changes. Even if it were months out, apparently. They told me the flowers were 'being prepared' — which felt like an excuse. Customer service sounded nice but couldn’t actually help. It’s a shame because I used to recommend them. Now I’ll try someone else. If you order here, double-check and don’t expect flexibility. Also, the photos didn’t match reality; wish they’d sort that out.

I was pretty bummed about my order because they totally forgot to include the special message I asked for. It was supposed to make the gift extra personal, you know? If you care about adding those little touches to your presents, I wouldn't use this service. But gotta give credit where it's due, the flowers were really lovely and arranged well.

So, I bought flowers, wine, and chocolates from this company and spent quite a bit of money. But man, I was super disappointed with the whole thing. My order arrived late and to top it off, they sent me the wrong items. The person I sent them to didn't even want the package because it wasn't what they were expecting. When I tried to talk to the company about it, they weren't helpful at all. They just kept pointing me to their strict rules and said I should have complained within 24 hours - which was impossible with the time zone difference. The customer service folks were cold and didn't want to admit they messed up, leaving me annoyed and without what I actually paid for. Overall, it was a crappy experience that I really wish I could've avoided.

I gotta say, my experience buying a flower bouquet from this service was top-notch. The bouquet got there right on schedule and the person I sent it to was over the moon with how gorgeous it was. Placing the order was a breeze, no stress at all, and I'll for sure be coming back here the next time I need flowers.
