Okay, quick one — I was actually nervous when I ordered flowers for my mom’s birthday in Spain. I picked Sept 30 but checkout showed a 29–30 window and 29 was a holiday, so I kept worrying they’d show up early or not at all. For a bit, support was... frustrating. My order stayed “Being prepared” and every reply was basically “read the Terms & Conditions” — like, thanks, but that didn’t answer whether the driver rings beforehand or what time they’d try. I even quoted their own page that said edits are possible while preparing, and still no real help. Anyway, after I pushed a bit more a helpful rep actually looked into it, confirmed the date and reassured me the delivery team would call. In the end the bouquet arrived on time and brightened our kitchen table all week. So yeah, start skeptical, ended up happy — delivery stellar, service wobbly at first but improved once someone bothered to follow through.

I just ordered a really nice bouquet for a special occasion, but when it arrived, it was totally different from what I expected. It's not cool for a company to not take responsibility and not communicate properly.
