Got a weird feeling when the confirmation arrived but the bouquet never did. They charged my card and then silence — emails unanswered and the website help centre throws an error, can't send messages. Compared to other florists this was disappointing, left me pretty annoyed and stuck.

Not delivered and I'd say that upfront — birthday order never showed on Sept 22. Tracking was blank, support emails bounced or were ignored and phones didn't connect. I had better luck with other couriers.

Weird day — I ordered flowers twice for my parents in Marbella and both times nothing showed. Dad called confused, mom shrugged and joked. I was ready to flame them, then oddly felt relieved my folks were fine, so yeah, meh but learned my lesson.

No delivery, nothing, and after a few calls customer service gave me vague answers that went nowhere. Kinda sad — I probably would've had better luck sending a postcard. If you're thinking of using them, maybe pick a local florist or call to confirm first; I won't be trying them again.

The flowers looked amazing, but the delivery was a total mess. I asked for them to be delivered on Sunday, May 26th for Mother's Day, but they ended up coming a day early. The delivery guy didn't seem interested or friendly at all, and it felt like he didn't care about bringing the flowers.

Honestly, I had the worst experience with this service. I ordered flowers for Mother's Day and they never showed up.
