Complaintsdon’t use them — I regret it. I ordered a €75 bouquet for my girlfriend’s birthday after seeing a promoted post online, and I even told a colleague about this place before buying. They missed the birthday completely, then the flowers showed up seven days late and already dead. I asked for a refund and was told they don't return money to your card, only give a reorder code. The code wouldn't redeem — the site freezes when you try. I kept contacting support and they kept saying they were "sorting the issue," but nothing got resolved. The whole service was so poor I honestly wondered if it was a scam. Feeling robbed is putting it mildly. Tip: if you see them online, don't bother. Trust me, not worth it.
