I just wanted to say thanks to the customer service team for all their help. They really stepped up when the developer didn't finish the job right. Because of them, I got the problem fixed and got my money back for the incomplete work. Their quick action and how they handled everything made a big difference for me. I really appreciate their help and how much they care about making customers happy.

I hired someone on Fiverr to do some coding work on my WordPress site. Even though they had good reviews and said they were experts, the work they did was not great. The first part they gave me was kind of disappointing, and they kept canceling our meetings at the last minute with weak reasons. When I asked for my money back, they only gave me half. It took a whole week of back and forth, but finally Fiverr gave me a full refund. Even though this was a bad experience, I haven't found another site with the same prices, so I might give Fiverr another chance in the future.
