I needed the balance released immediately and phone verification blocked me, but support at least opened my ticket. My account was disabled with seven days to withdraw. I can't access the registered phone so the system keeps forcing a 24‑hour retry and time's nearly up. I'm hospitalized and this money is for treatment. I'm relieved they're at least looking. Would help if they allowed alternate verification — keep your contact info current.

As a customer with a small niche, I found it hard to stand out among the competition on this platform. The lack of clear guidance and inconsistency in how they checked compliance was frustrating and really affected my experience on the platform. As a paying customer with a 20% fee, I was expecting better support and help in dealing with these issues. Also, finding other gigs like mine that somehow passed the requirements made me even more unhappy. So, I've decided to look into other platforms for my social media marketing needs.
