Fiverr - Reviews and experiences

Tried it last night, super comfy and simple to use, felt premium and I was pleasantly surprised.

I first spotted their work on a buddy’s portfolio site and wasn’t expecting much, but their attention to detail jumped out. They read my brief, asked sensible questions (not the usual vague stuff), and turned around clean designs faster than I figured. Revisions were quick too, which made me breathe easier. All in all, pretty smooth, really no fuss, honestly.

So I just bought a logo design on Fiverr and let me tell you, some of those freelancers were really unprofessional. Their work was not up to par. But the customer support team was top-notch. Every time I had an issue with the work, they were quick to sort it out by giving me a refund once I showed them what was wrong with necessary info and screenshots. It's nice to see that Fiverr puts buyers first and makes sure we don't get ripped off by bad freelancers.

I've used a web designer on Fiverr a bunch of times, and I gotta say, every time has been amazing. It's been tough finding a trustworthy web designer with everything going online because of Covid-19, but finding this freelancer on Fiverr was a total game-changer. The whole thing went smoothly, and the work they did was seriously fantastic. I'm so thankful to have found such a talented designer on Fiverr - it's really helped boost my online presence.

They not only finished the project on time, but they also came up with some suggestions for improvements that I hadn't even thought of. Their focus on the little details and their knowledge in the field really showed through, and I'm super happy with how everything turned out.

I hired someone on Fiverr to do some coding work on my WordPress site. Even though they had good reviews and said they were experts, the work they did was not great. The first part they gave me was kind of disappointing, and they kept canceling our meetings at the last minute with weak reasons. When I asked for my money back, they only gave me half. It took a whole week of back and forth, but finally Fiverr gave me a full refund. Even though this was a bad experience, I haven't found another site with the same prices, so I might give Fiverr another chance in the future.
