Wedding guest book arrival
Wedding guest book arrival
ReliabilityI bought a wedding guest sign in book for $300 and I was really pleased with how it looked when it arrived. But then I found an ink stain on one of the pages, and I was pretty bummed out about it. I got in touch with customer service right away, and they were quick to reply and promised to send a new book. I told them I needed it before the wedding, but unfortunately, it didn't show up until after the event. So we ended up using the messed up book at the wedding, which was a major letdown.
Custom photo books
Custom photo books
ReliabilityI went all out and splurged on custom photo books as a Christmas gift for my husband. I made sure to order them well in advance to make sure they'd be here on time. But here's the kicker - the first two books, the ones that really mattered, didn't show up when they were supposed to, despite the company saying they would. I tried reaching out to them, but couldn't get a hold of anyone. They just sent me an email about the delay and tossed in a $25 gift card to make up for a $5000 order. We had been emailing back and forth about the delivery, and they let me down big time. My advice? Stay away from this site if your project really matters and you're on a deadline. There are better companies out there that deliver high-quality products and actually give a darn about their customers.
