ServiceWas nervous ordering a framed print — online pics can lie. When it arrived two corners were rough. I shot them an email. They apologized and sent a replacement right away, which showed up the next week. My doubts disappeared. I’ve had worse returns elsewhere, so I’m honestly pretty relieved and happy with how quick it was.

ServiceI recently bought some custom prints and frames from this company and let me tell you, it was a real letdown. I got two prints with custom mats and frames and I spent a bunch of money on them. The first print came in like it was supposed to, but the second one showed up two weeks later all wrong - wrong size and wrong mat. When I got in touch with customer service to try and sort this out, it was just awful. They made it so difficult, asking for tons of details, order numbers, pictures, and even the order confirmation email. I tried my best to explain the mistake, but they still weren't happy with the info I gave them. All in all, the customer service was just terrible and I am so disappointed with how they handled everything.
