App & PortalI thought the return process would be easy, but it's been a nightmare. The art I got wasn't what I wanted, so I went online to return it. But there was no clear option for returns on the website. I felt like I was searching for a needle in a haystack, clicking all over the place. I tried chatting with customer support, and they said they'd send me a shipping label, but it's been two days and still no label. This whole thing feels shady and dishonest.
