Right when I pulled the paper back I knew it was fine — dad's birthday present, after a couple of late deliveries before I really needed this to arrive. It showed up early, packed solidly, and the print was clean. Small surprise, the packaging was over the top.

I ordered a really nice print for my room but it never arrived 🤬 I waited forever and it never showed up! I'm so angry!

I ordered two art prints back in January and it's now the end of February, and they still haven't arrived. I've been keeping an eye on my order and, according to the tracking info, they were delivered weeks ago, but that's definitely not the case. I have screenshots to back it up. When I tried reaching out to customer service, they said they never heard from me, which is really frustrating and not cool. I wouldn't suggest using this site for art prints; you're better off looking somewhere else for what you need.

So, I ordered this really cool print from this art website and when it arrived, it was totally not what I expected! The picture and size were completely different from what I originally ordered. I was so excited to receive my print, but now I'm just feeling let down. I reached out to them right away and they instructed me to fill out some online form and send a picture of the incorrect item. I did all that and asked them to send me the print I actually ordered because it was meant to be a Christmas gift. But you know what? They informed me that they're closing their international operations and won't be able to send me the correct print. So now, I'm just going to receive a refund. I mean, really? It's only three days before Christmas! Like, seriously?
