CommunicationI just bought a painting online and was told it would ship in 3-5 business days. But after waiting for over two weeks, still no painting. I contacted customer service a few times and got different answers each time about why it hadn't shipped. It was a mess. In the end, I canceled my order because of the lack of communication and professionalism. Pretty bummed about the whole thing.
