The pictures came really fast and were wrapped up nicely. The quality of the pictures and how they were put up was really good. I also had a good experience with Customer Service when I needed to fix a mistake I made.

I recently bought a framed print from this website, and I have to say I was really disappointed with the quality of what I got. I ordered a special print of my beloved pet, but it came with a few problems. First off, there was a white dot on the black mat that stood out a lot and made the whole thing look bad. The frame itself was put together wrong, with gaps and uneven corners that made it seem poorly made. Plus, the image on the print was much darker than the original photo, which was a big disappointment because it didn't capture the true essence of the picture. All in all, the product didn't live up to its price, and I was left feeling unhappy with my purchase.

I bought this abstract art piece and it started cracking after only two years! Like seriously, I thought art was supposed to stick around longer than that. I even had it professionally hung up, but it still cracked. And when I reached out to customer service for help, they were useless. I guess I should've been more careful, but it's still a letdown.
