I recently tried to order 2 huge canvas pieces from this company and let me tell you, I was so disappointed with how it all went down. They said free shipping and simple returns, but when it came time to check out, they were trying to hit me with a $99 charge for each piece - even though they were gonna ship them together in one package! It felt like a total shipping scam to me, and I was not impressed at all.

I just bought something from this website and I was kind of bummed because they didn't do price matching like they said they would on their site. When I contacted customer service about it, they told me they don't offer that service. It was pretty misleading and left me feeling let down, eh.

I recently made a big buy on this website for over $600. I had a coupon code giving me 20% off, but it wasn't working when I tried to use it at checkout. So I called the toll-free number and got a hold of a lady named Katie. She said that I'd get the discount once my order went out and she'd send me an email to confirm it after our chat. But I never got that email like she said I would. I tried getting in touch with Katie a bunch more times over the next few days, but every time I called, I got put on hold forever and never got to talk to her. Seemed like she was avoiding me 'cause she didn't want to admit she gave me that discount promise.
