I had some trouble at first trying to upgrade my account, and I thought it was because I'm not great with tech. But turns out, it was actually a problem with their system. Even though it was frustrating, I gotta give a shoutout to the customer service folks - they were always super helpful and patient whenever I needed help. As I was digging around the platform, I was pretty excited to find out that some of my ancestors from Britain helped start up a bunch of towns and cities. Learning this made me feel proud and patriotic, so now I'm spreading the word about Ancestry to all my buddies and family.

I gave customer service a ring for some assistance with the new update and they did a great job of explaining everything clearly to me. Even though I find the new version a bit tricky to navigate, at least I've got the hang of how to get things done.
