Genetic testing
Genetic testing
QualityI was really bummed out by the genetic testing results I got from this company. Their report said my family tree only had three third cousins in it, and didn't mention any immediate family. I was hoping to learn more about my ancestry, so that was a big disappointment. The health info they gave me was also pretty weak, just telling me I didn't have an eye condition I already knew about. It all felt like a total rip-off, and I wish I hadn't spent my money on it. When I complained to customer service, they were no help at all, wouldn't explain or give me a refund. I should've done more research before using this service. If I'd known about all the bad experiences other folks had, I would've stayed far away.

QualityI thought I'd give the DNA test a shot to see where I come from and what health stuff I should look out for. But man, I was let down by the results. Only got a hit on one side of my family and the health details were way off, just like that other test I tried. Was really hoping for a better, more thorough service but this company just didn't come through.

QualityThe results were pretty detailed but kinda confusing to wrap my head around, giving a general idea of African origins and migration that wasn't totally accurate. The recent location details (in the past 500 years) were off, especially when I compared them to another company's report that was way easier to grasp. They also got my dad's background all wrong, saying he's from Ireland instead of Norway/Sweden.
