DNA testing kit
DNA testing kit
App & PortalI just bought a DNA testing kit from this company and man, let me tell you, it was so frustrating. I got an email saying my kit was registered, but when I went on the website, it said it wasn't. So I tried to register it again, but then it said it was already registered. I tried emailing customer service a bunch of times, but all I got back were generic responses that didn't even help. The lack of communication and incompetence really got on my nerves, I was so fed up with the whole thing. I've used other DNA testing companies before and never had this kind of disaster of an experience.

App & PortalThe DNA testing kit I bought was such a letdown, eh? I got an email saying my results were ready, so I jumped online all excited to see, but then I found out that the stuff I was looking for was turned off with no reason why or when it would be fixed. It was so annoying not knowing what was going on, and I felt like I just threw my money away on something that didn't come through like they said it would. And to top it off, there wasn't even a way to get my money back, which left me feeling pretty disappointed and bummed out, you know?
