Christmas gift
My son totally caught me off guard with two boxes of wine for Christmas. He lives all the way in California, while I'm here in Maryland. We both really enjoy our wine, and trying out new ones together was such a wonderful time. I actually ended up liking all of the wines he picked out, which was a pleasant surprise.
Wine subscription box, understands my taste
This wine subscription box is amazing, eh? They actually give you a call to ask what type of wine you prefer, and then choose the best ones for you. It's like having your own personal wine assistant! I'm definitely going to continue with this service. Another great feature is that I can delay receiving more boxes if I still have plenty of wine left.
Subscription box wines
I got my subscription box today and I was pleasantly surprised by how nice the packaging was and how well the bottles were protected. But when my family and I tasted three of the wines, we noticed that they all tasted and looked quite similar. It seems like they might just be putting the same wine in different bottles with different names. It's kind of a letdown to spend money on a variety of wines only to realize they might not be as different as we thought.
Second box, meal pairing, unique bottles
Me and my partner have been really loving our second box from this service. We've been trying out the wine pairings suggested for our four monthly meals and it's made our dinners so much better. The great thing is, the bottles they send aren't just your typical ones you find at any old liquor store. I definitely suggest giving this service a shot!
Missing box, responsive team, replacement shipment
I was pretty upset when my package disappeared, but I gotta hand it to the team for being so quick and helpful in fixing the problem right away. They got a new shipment sent out to me within a day. It's not every day you come across customer service that's so fast and effective, so props to them for that.

I really enjoy tasting new wines from that place, they always have such interesting ones. If I happen to not like a certain wine, I can let them know and they won't send it again. The customer service there is top-notch as well!

As a customer of this wine subscription service, I gotta say I was really let down by the whole thing. I placed my order and never got my delivery. When I asked about it, the customer service was no help at all and it felt like they were just dragging me along with no real solution in sight. It was definitely frustrating and left me feeling really unsatisfied.
