RV rental experience
When I rented an RV through this platform, I was really impressed with how well they communicated and how quickly they responded to me. The choices they gave me were awesome, and overall the whole process went really smoothly and efficiently. One thing I would recommend for both travelers and owners is to think about offering travel insurance for RV rentals that are outside of the owner's area. I know how expensive RV service calls can be, and having the option to buy insurance for some peace of mind would have been so great. I get that they don't offer it right now, but I think it could be a really helpful thing to add in the future. Maybe they could even do something like a membership model like triple A, but for unexpected repairs.
RV rental experience
I just rented an RV through this platform and I gotta say, the whole process was easy peasy and felt super safe. When I needed to get in touch with customer service, the call back feature was a lifesaver. I also really liked how the security deposits made it easy for me to get back some cash for any little damages. But, I did run into some issues with insurance coverage in Canada. A few reps didn't seem to know much about Canadian insurance policies and kinda struggled with handling Canadian claims quickly, which ended up dragging things out.
RV rental experience
I just rented an RV from this company and I gotta say, it was a pretty good experience overall. The website was easy to use and helped me connect with RV owners easily. The fees were fair compared to other sites and the whole renting process was pretty simple. But as an owner, I did run into a couple of issues. The phone app doesn't have a "host" mode, so it's tough for me to keep up with booking requests on the fly. Plus, the messaging feature can be a bit spotty, which can be annoying when I'm trying to chat with guests.

I loved being able to earn some extra cash by renting out my RV when I wasn't using it. One time a renter needed the RV for an extra day, and Outdoorsy handled everything, no stress for me. Renting through Outdoorsy was way better than doing it on my own.
Great renters
The folks who rented from us were really great, they took such good care of our rig. They were super detail-oriented, from filling out all the paperwork to keeping us in the loop the whole time. Outdoorsy was a huge help through it all, making everything go smoothly. We really appreciate their hard work and professionalism. Thanks for a job well done!
Renting van, feeling safe
I rented a van from this awesome place called Outdoorsy and it was amazing! Renting it was so simple and I felt really secure knowing that I was covered in case anything went wrong. The only thing is that the app and platform for hosting could use some improvement, but I heard they are working on it.
Rental agreement process
I found the process for signing the rental agreement a bit of a hassle because I had to make sure the renter signed before they picked up the rig. It would have been better to have that step done ahead of time so we could focus on giving a good orientation to the renter. Also, I think the app was a bit confusing because it assumed I knew what I had to do as the owner. I would have liked clearer instructions on whether I needed to do anything extra outside of the app.
Recent RV rentals
I just rented a 2022 Mallard and a 2024 Greywolf down in Kissimmee/Orlando through this awesome platform. Renting was a breeze, super easy and convenient. Met some really nice customers, lots of them were regulars who loved renting from me. The platform itself is so smooth and efficient, making the whole experience top-notch for renters and owners alike. Big thanks to Outdoorsy for having such a fantastic platform for RV rentals.
Efficient rental process
Outdoorsy's rental process is pretty good and easy to use. It's simple to connect with folks looking to rent and the app makes it a piece of cake to manage rentals. But, there are a few features missing on the app that can be annoying. It would be nice if they were upfront about which features aren't available. Even with that, I still like using Outdoorsy for renting stuff.
First year with the company
My time with the company has been amazing. The whole process was super easy and the customer service was so helpful, I was really impressed. The app is great, really easy to use and has everything you need for renting an RV hassle-free. I definitely suggest this company to anyone wanting to rent an RV.
Got some gear for camping
So, y'know, I picked up some camping gear from this store and it was super easy to find what I was looking for on their website. Ordering was a breeze, but thought the prices were a tad steep. The delivery was alright, just a bit delayed. The gear itself was top-notch, so that was a win!
