During our recent trip to New York City, we rented a car three times. Overall, it was good, but we had a problem with our second booking. The company team quickly fixed it by giving us a $12 credit for our third booking. We really appreciated the great customer service, it made sure we got around the city easily. If we go back to the city, we'll definitely use this service again.

I needed a good and cheap way to get from JFK airport to NJ. After looking at different choices, I thought I'd try Carmel. I gotta say, I was really happy with how the service turned out. The driver was super nice and professional, the car was clean and comfy, and it was even better than I thought it'd be. Booking was easy peasy and the prices were good, especially compared to Uber and Lyft. I'll for sure be using Carmel again for all my rides in the future.

As someone who takes taxis a lot, I gotta tell ya about somethin' shady this taxi company does. They charge tolls at full price, even when they use Easy Pass or other systems. I've never had a problem with their service, but people need to know they might get overcharged because of this sneaky move. I tried talkin' to the company about it, but they haven't done anything 'bout it yet.
