I just had a super frustrating experience with this service. I tried to book a car using the app, but I kept getting error messages. Even though I had already found another way to get where I needed to go, a car showed up at my place. I had to cancel, but I still got charged for tolls and tips for a ride that didn't even happen. This isn't the first time this has happened, and I've tried to give them a chance before, but this is just not okay. So, I'm done with this service.

I just booked a car service last minute for my trip from Las Vegas to New York City. My flight got canceled a few times because of bad weather, so I had to cancel my reservation with the car service 12 hours before. Even though the company said I could cancel up to four hours before and get a refund, I didn't get my money back. It was really disappointing and frustrating. Regular taxi drivers are more reliable and cheaper than this car service. I wouldn't suggest using them at all.

It was 30pm, and they still wanted to charge me an extra $20. So, I told the dispatcher my concerns, and he just cancelled my reservation and said I had to find another way home. It was so frustrating and disappointing, I ended up stranded at the hospital. I definitely wouldn't suggest this service to anyone.

My experience with the airport transfer service was terrible. The driver they sent us was not good and couldn't even talk properly, which made the ride really awkward for my family. He seemed annoyed and couldn't even find the right way. To top it off, we forgot a bag in the car and when we contacted Carmel right away, they haven't helped us at all. It's been 5 days and we still haven't heard anything, so it's upsetting to think that our stuff might be with that driver.
