Communication“returns rejected — must mail returns.” No reason, no details, just that line. I called the IRS and the site; both were vague. Annoying, sure. I ended up paying to FedEx the state and federal packages (something like $24), which stung. What bothered me most was the lack of explanation from the site — if their checker said it was okay, what failed? That said, after the paper thing was mailed things finally moved and I’m relieved it worked out in the end. So I’m glad it wasn’t a total disaster, even though customer support could be way better. Will I use it again? Maybe, but I’ll keep a backup plan and expect surprises.
