After a few curt messages and a couple of screenshots, someone finally replied and fixed the return hold-up — slow, but relieved. The interface itself is a mixed bag: some parts snappy, others stubbornly unresponsive, which makes the whole thing feel more fiddly than it should. My tip: take screenshots, try a fresh profile if you're stuck, and be ready to wait a day or two. Slightly annoyed at first, ended up satisfied it got sorted — I’d just like a real phone line next time.
