I hit buy on a year of premium while stuck on a slow bus, thinking “great, done.” Apple charged me right away, I even got the confirmation email saying I was a premium member — but the app kept acting like I’d bought nothing. I messaged the admin a bunch, posted on the free section, waited, waited, radio silence. I was getting a bit salty, especially after other companies usually sort this out fast. After a few more nudges they eventually replied and fixed my access — took longer than it should’ve, but it’s working now. So yeah, annoying start, decent finish. Customer service was helpful once they showed up, just wish the delivery of the service was quicker.
