Pension math didn't add up
Pension math didn't add up
App & PortalI wouldn't rely on the pension numbers. Online support was slow, but phoning helped and one rep actually stayed on the line which was a surprise. The calculations themselves seem off and the setup tools don't guide you when you try to correct them. Feels like many people will end up getting it wrong. I've seen better elsewhere.
That click moment
That click moment
App & PortalI first spotted this on a clip from New Bond Street and told my coworker to have a look. Tried it that night, mostly curious. At first I hesitated, then bam — the feature did exactly what it said and saved me real time. That’s the exact second I knew I was happy. Support replied fast to a weird follow-up question (big relief). Really glad I gave it a shot. Would recommend to friends, honestly pleased.
